So last week was pretty much a wash. Due to travel and a ton of snow I was only able to run Monday and Tuesday. I did however shovel snow for well over 5 cumulative hours though.
I am pleading to the snow plow gods to please clear the trails around the metro. I really can't handle being bound to the treadmill until all of this melts off.
Monday: 5.3 miles outside. Get it in while you can.
Tuesday: 10 miles on mill.
Wed-Sun: Digging out of the blizzard. (5+ hours)
