Last Thursday I had the honor of running with Brian Stark of statesrunner.com fame. He was starting his journey across Nebraska at the airport. Myself and 10 others from Gallup joined up with him for a few miles. We went from Gallup, over the pedestrian bridge and through downtown.
Brian seems like a pretty amazing guy. I wish him the best on the rest of his journey.
Thursday: 5.38 miles 9:40 minutes/mile average pace (pace adjusted to remove standing/talking time).
