Great group run with some of the guys from work this afternoon! Joined up with David, Dave, Brandon, Jim and Jerry for a nice easy run over to the casinos and back. Lots of great conversation about Boston and Lincoln Marathons. It's rare that I get to run with any of these guys so I greatly appreciate the times when I do.
Wednesday: 5.5 miles. 8:58 min/mile overall pace.
