It's been a while since I've ran outside from work. Went over the pedestrian bridge and did a quick out and back by the casinos. Great weather over lunch hour for a run.
I was without my Garmin for this run so I didn't know where I was pace wise. It felt significantly easier than 7:27 though, so that's awesome. My legs were a little sore from the stairs Thursday, but it appears not enough to hinder my running. Loved Friday!
Friday: 5.4 miles. 7:27 min/mile avg pace.
