Ran a 10K over lunch outside!!! Beautiful running weather (for January). This was the first run in a very long time heading outside from work. For a good portion of November and December I ran over the pedestrian bridge nearly everyday. But with the cold, ice, snow, blah blah blah I haven't since the end of December.
With the revised schedule because of the race this coming weekend, I made another switch and as I said ran a 10k today instead of the scheduled 3. Also, rather than running easy, I ran a little faster than mary pace. It felt AWESOME!
Wednesday: 6.2 miles. Left work, headed over the pedestrian bridge, then north-east, out and back. 7:44 minute/mile pace with an average HR of 167bpm.
