Went on another lunchtime run to Jimmy John's today. I decided last night to send out an invitation to some fellow runners from work. I had two takers. So Jerry and Bobby joined me on the planned "5-miler around downtown Omaha". The temperature around noon was about 85 with a pretty significant amount of humidity as well.
The run was hot and a little challenging. It appears that I need to work on adjusting my runs to account for who I am running with. Not sure at this point if either of the guys will run with me again. :-)
Friday: 5.05 miles. 8:38 minutes/mile overall pace.
