Went out in the 7 degree morning air for an easy 3. I had the pleasure of having company on this run, Sadie excitedly joined me. I was expecting some soreness/pain from yesterdays stairs, but surprisingly I felt nothing out of the ordinary. About the only difference from any other day is some minor tightness in my lower back.
My pace was quite slow, but Sadie and the cold dictated that.
Despite the cold Sadie seemed to really enjoy the run too.
