Standard 4 miler on the treadmill at work. With the looming winter storm I contemplated heading outside, but forgot any resemblance of winter gear. With the storm forecasted for Friday, I'm thinking I'll head out very early tomorrow AM for my "race pace" 8 miler. Not sure how I'm going to get the 16 in on Saturday if there's 1/2 foot + of snow on the ground.
Thursday: 4 miles on treadmill at work. 9:00 minute/mile pace with a 145bpm average heartrate.
