Another run from work with Ryan today. Schedule had an easy 3, turned out to be a moderate 4, but who's counting. The weather was descent, but quite a head wind on the way out.
Tuesday: 4.06 miles out and back from work over to Harrah's. 8:26 minutes/mile pace with an average HR of 169bpm.
