Left work around lunch time for an easy 5. Ended up wondering around Council Bluffs and adding on a little more mileage than expected. It was sunny and warm, almost hot actually. I expected my legs to be fatigued from the speed work yesterday, but they weren't too bad. Not a bad run.
Tuesday: 6.68 miles. 8:08 minute/mile average pace. no HR data.
