Another easy run today. Went from work around downtown and back through Creighton campus. Beautiful whether, perfect for a run.
My legs are pretty sore today. The jury is still out whether its the mileage increase last week or the shoes.
Ran out of time so scratched the strength work today.
Monday: 5.55 miles. 8:30'ish pace.
