The weather forecast scared me away from taking my cold weather running gear to work. Turns out I probably could have ran outside as it was cold, but little to no wind. Oh well. I ended up having a pretty good run on the treadmill, so I'm not to disappointed. If I can figure out how to enjoy the treadmill runs, I'll probably have a much better winter.
Wednesday: On treadmill at work after lunch. 4 miles, 9:04 min/mile average @ 153bpm average HR.
