You've gotta love the Nebraska weather, well at least you do on a day like today. Middle of November, it's sunny, mid 50's. If we could figure out a way to eliminate that wind it would be perfect.
Todays run was slightly slower pace than yesterdays, but it was longer too. Additionally, I waited to go run until it was just before lunch time so I was running low on energy.
Wednesday: Left work at lunch time, 5 mile out and back; from work, over the pedestrian bridge, through Harrah's, up to Ameristar and back. little over 9 min miles pace, 154bpm average HR.
