Had company on my run last Friday. Steve, one of my co-workers, joined me for a nice 4-miler to the Casino and back. The sun peaked out from behind the clouds a couple of times, which was nice, but not much to contend with the wicked wind in our faces the whole return trip.
My average min/mile was up pretty significantly from where it's been lately. Not sure if it was stress, fatigue, talking or the wind, but not what I expected.
Friday: Left from work after awards lunch. 4 miles just past Harrah's and back. 154bpm average HR.

I firmly believe the bi-color turkey had something to do with the speed. Awesome run nonetheless.
