My turkey day run

In another example as to how running has changed my life, I woke up early(for a holiday) this morning just so I could go for my run. We leave for the family stuff mid morning, so I got going at 7:30am.

The weather was descent; chilly with a little wind for most of the run. The wind picked up and was in my face the last 5 minutes or so which was a little aggravating.

All-in-all I'm pleased with the run. Splits were a little slower than I would have liked to see, but being the third consecutive day of running at increasingly higher miles I'm ok with it.

Thanksgiving: 7.4 miles, 9:42 avg mins/mile, 154bpm avg HR. Left home, towards Zorinsky, back through neighborhoods, around MW and home.
