...the days when a 4 miler at race pace would have buried me. Those days were not too long ago in fact. Perfect weather accompanied a good nights sleep and brought me a very nice run today. Ryan joined me, which always adds motivation and enjoyment to the run.
Tomorrow looks like it'll be a wet one, so those 12 probably won't be as enjoyable as todays miles. I'm just hoping lots of work folks show up to 'enjoy' it with me.
Friday: 4 miles @ race pace, well actually a little faster than race pace, 7:24 minutes/mile pace with an average heart rate of 165bpm.
